Nanolight for Site Hoardings

The Nanolight can be used on site hoardings to illuminate any graphics applied to the hoarding – such as advertising what the project would look like once complete or what the price of the apartments is, for example.

In any case, construction sites require lighting to work from an input voltage of 110V rather than the traditional 240V supply we are used to for safety reasons, and we can adapt the Nanolight to suit from its standard 240V configuration.

ISO 9001 Quality Lighting

There are several required minimum standards for construction issued by the Government in the UK. One of the main reasons our LEDs fit into these required standards is because we are certified to the ISO 9001 standard for quality management, showing that the products we provide are of the highest quality.

These standards that we meet conform to the design specification of the ISO 9001 and meet the standard accredited by the UK Government’s national accreditation body UKAS. As well as this, we test all of our products to the highest limits possible. We test each item to an Ingress Protection rating of 65 as a minimum.

Some products such as our Nanolight have been tested to a further rating of 66 to ensure that our outdoor products will never be affected by external factors.

In order to ensure quality, we had Nanolight independently tested to IP66 by Nemko Ltd which involved spraying 300 litres of water directly at the light for three minutes. As required by IP66, Nemko sprayed the light from all directions to ensure it was subjected to uneven pressure. After, we then tested the inside to ensure that it was still dry, which it was.
